Not yet; it's due in Japan (R2) in either 2002/3 and in Hong Kong (R3) towards the end of next year.

There is of course the butchered version, Warriors of the Wind available on VHS. It was deleted a few years back but can be found here and there in second hand shops or online. I picked up a copy without too much difficultly.

I'd guess it is out on Region 2, but that would be Region 2 Japanese, i.e. you'll pay a small fortune for it.

it is to be released next year by IVL in Hong Kong (Region 3, or else Region free), but Dave (kanedaa) has put up a post with first impressions of their first 2 releases (Totoro and Kiki) and he wasn't terribly impressed......

Not until 2003. One of the last Ghibli films to get released it seems. Might get lucky and get it by next years end. But that would only mean a shift in the scheduling. A dramatic one at that. However, i'm only talking about the r3 version. Which might or might not be the same as the r2 Japanese release, schedule wise. But you'll know when it's avaliable before the the end of next year.
