Its something I've been chasing without any success...

I've seen it here in Holland, but in 4:3 IIRC.
France seems a better bet, look at:

You can also get it from Denmark for around £5 delivered. The listing says 4:3, but according to someone who has the disc (mentioned here a few months back), it's actually letterbox widescreen. Can't complain for so little. :D
