Hi guys, though id come to the boards as Im need some assistant with a friends computer. What happened was,my friend had a virus on her computer,so i recommended her to install an anti-virus such as avg and scan her computer.
She ran me up saying that her computer wont log on properly. Everytime she logs in at windows,the computer starts up,but then returns back to the windows log in screen.
I cant think of a solution to it.Perhaps boot up in safe mode and running the scan again.
Advice would be appreciated on an early saturday morning.......
