Fox are giving Stephen 'Blade' Norrington $80 to make a film of Alan ( greatest living English man ) Moore's comic book 'The Leauge of Extrodinary gentleman'

For those who haven't read it, it's a Victorian super hero team up story and it's supurb.

Now that would make a good movie. I've seen some trailers for From Hell and it kinda reminds me of League of Extroadinary Gentleman. Watchmen would make a nice film as well.

I'll believe it when I see it, it seems Norrington attaches himself to every comic book project in develpoment at the moment.

Terry Gilliam had the rights to Watchmen a while ago and after much umming and aaahing decided it was impossible to make well as a film. However, he's interested in making a TV series of it....

I've actually read one of the Watchmen scripts and how right he was!

I'd like to see The Marquis done as a film - now, that would be very nice indeed.
