The deleted scenes aren't going to be on there by all accounts. It just looks like it wasn't able to happen. It's been a long fight and it seems that the fans have lost out on this one.

On the positive side if the disc/transfer/sound is as impressive as the Season 1 set we are still in for a real treat, plus we get a new documentary and it will be dirt cheap - $19.95/$14.95 online (about £10!! :clap: )

Indeed, over at Dugpa.com (http://www.dugpa.com), they've a transcript from the DavidLynch.com (http://www.davidlynch.com) chat room which doesn't sound too optimistic:
