I was bought a Cyberhome DVD recorder from Asda as a wedding present just before Christmas and when I play back any disks on there it seems to have a faint bar that is about a couple of inches wide scrolling across the screen from right to left.
I have my ntl cable set top box plugged into it and it is plugged into my TV via scart.
The player records fine and it seems when I play disks, either pre recorded ones or disks I have recorded myself, I still get the problem with the bar.
Anyone on here have any ideas what could be wrong, or do you think it is a faulty recorder and I should return it to Asda.
