Looking for cashback mobile deal

My friend's phone has just packed it in, so im looking for a decent cashback deal, preferably for a Motorola Pebl on orange, but any decent offers would be appreciated. If not the pebl, its very much a case of looks over features for the phone. She wants something that looks nice :help:

Ive checked out some sites, and the best Ive found is a 6 month half price line rental one.
