I've got this TV, and while it is indeed a fine piece of work - there is a small thing that irritates me about it.
When I watch R1 DVDs, I have to manually switch between anamorphic and 4:3 picture where necessary. However - when watching R2 DVDs, the TV automatically adjusts the picture itself - much better for DVDs where the ratio changes when changing between the film and extra features.
Why won't it do this for R1? Is this a problem with the TV - or could it be due to the set up on my DVD - or TV?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
