[HELP] Connecting up USB printer before installing driver

Can anyone help how to get round this problem

I connected up my Epson R200 printer via USB before installing the software and now it just refuses to work. I've tried deleting the printer and reinstalling after the software but still wont work.

I realise now I should have installed the software first (as advised in the instructions) but its too late now :(

Anyone know a way to fix this please?

You should be able to install the software and then do an "Update Driver" on the printer.

ok, i will, but i think, live chating may have better results =)

you can try to do next steps:
1) Remove software.
2) Connect your printer and restart your pc.
3) Windows should tell you that new hardware is found.
4) Than you should to tell wizard where to install drivers from.
When i had the same problem, it helps me.
