We are looking at implementing a text service which allows client to text us from their mobile phones. We want something similar to the test number you see on the Xfactor where the client is told to text their surname followed by the message. We then received their text and it's then filtered to a sub folder based on the client's surname which they've quoted in the text.
Does anyone have any experience setting something up like this and are there any software packages or companies you can recommend. Are the setup costs for this high?
