you can adapt these to full size SD can't you?
you can adapt these to full size SD can't you?
last mini sd i bought came with adapter
: )
if these cards can handle full usb 2.0 speed
ive got an apv c500
and the card I currently have gives me realy realy slow transfer speeds
thanks
chegwin SPV c500? The phone isn't USB2 which is what the bottle neck will be when copying to the storage card. You would have to take the card out and use it in a reader to get a performance boost which due to the c500's design would be a pain.

Also some not bad prices for reduced voltage mmc cards for Nokia Mobiles.
I'm after a decently priced reduced voltage mmc for my 6680 and I think they aren't too bad as it goes...
:)
1gb back in stock at £36.99 +p&p, anyone seen it cheaper?

Appears to be no CHEAP 1GB miniSD available until the end of the month.
I ordered a 1GB miniSd from OnlineMemory on the 16/01 - Sold Out on Back Order.
Back order updated stating availabilty 30th Jan.
Let's see.....
Yeah, same here. Ordered a 1gb mini sd from onlinememory.co.uk last week thinking it was in stock (didn't say otherwise on the site) only to find that the status went straight to being "back ordered" :suspect:
Then got an email saying they expected stock in on the 23rd Jan. That came and went. Then got an email today saying that they expect stock in early next week. So I cancelled and went with mymemory.co.uk. Two hours after I placed my order (~2pm) I got an email from mymemory.co.uk saying that it was now shipped! Now that's what I call service!
p.s plus when I cancelled with onlinememory.co.uk I used their online "live help". Whoever it was didn't seem very happy that I had cancelled as after five minutes of waiting for a reply I typed in "hello, you still there?" and then all I got back was the word "CANCELLED!" in capitals. Nice huh?

Hi
Seems I was lucky with 512 Sandisk from My Memory, mine arrived yesterday, before the out of stock situation.
It comes with a full size SD adaptor in the packet.
Cheers

Found the elusive Sandisk 1GB miniSD in stock at Picstop (http://www.picstop.co.uk) today for £34.90 + £1.90 P&P. Here's the direct link (http://www.picstop.co.uk/Secure-Digital-(SD)/SanDisk-miniSD-Card---1GB) I've used Picstop before and they were good. Ordered at 8:54 am today and got dispatch email at 9:18am which is impressive by any standards.
This thread read my mind..

Hi,

I ordered a 1GB Mini SD from ValueUK (ValueMedia) yesterday at about 15:45.
After speaking to a REAL person, a very friendly chap, don't know if I can mention his name here - R.
I've been up early this morning and the postiy has been put early too.
7:45 and my miniSD card is here already !!
Came by Recorded Delivery.
I will be talking to R again and doing business with ValueUK (ValueMedia) again.
CAN'T BELIEVE IT'S HERE ALREADY !!
Just for the record my Picstop minSD card also turned up this morning. So ordered and dispatched in under 1/2 hour and next day delivery. Can't say fairer than that. A big  from me to Picstop :luv:

£35is delivered recorded del from here and instock!
I bought one from here.. and the card stopped transferring and produced a "Could not create file or folder" error around 750MB. I asked them for a replacement which arrived and it's producing the same error, whether I try transferring files using my Nokia 6270 or my digital camera, both via USB.
Surely I can't have had two faulty cards in a row, I thought Sandisk were incredibly reliable?

I bought a Moby Memory high speed 1GB mini SD card (http://www.mobymemory.com/proddetail.asp?prod=miniSD_1024mb_MOBY_001) which needs to go back as it gets corrupted when I transfer more than 50kb to it. :(
2GB MiniSD is now less than £35!!!
