iPod Remote Control question

I have just bought the new Apple Universal iPod Dock for my iPod Mini. I am using my Logitech Harmony 655 remote control to operate it. Does anyone know how to control the iPod fully? At the moment I can only play ALL tracks (i.e. not select individual albums) and not use the cursor arrows to replicate the scroll wheel.

Any suggestions?

You can't! The apple remote is very basic, all it does is play, pause, skip back/forward and adjust volume.
