Pioneer 340 - Please help

I have bought a Pioneer 340 from Richer sounds which is advertised as multi-region.

They have not sent a handset hack with the player and I can not find one on the web.

Does anyone know of a hack for the player?

Any help would be appreciated.

I think that region selection is automatic so you don't need a remote control hack.
