If I got my phone in July, when is my 4th monthly bill I should send in for my cash back?

If you purchased in July You would get

Bill 1 in july
Bill 2 in August
Bill 3 in September
and
Bill 4 in October

So if you were to send your 4th bill in for cashback you should have done it within 30 days of receiving your October bill.

You may now have missed the boat!

Yeah I'd have thought you'd be up to about your 6th or 7th bill now.

My o2 bill is numbered. Not obviously but ###01 etc and so I just go by that or the expiry of vouchers (mobileshop)
