Which region is best?

I've read a pretty poor review of the Tartan disc, but is it really that much worse than the R3 version?

The Tartan DVD would be much easier for me to order (only got a poxy debit card!) but I was thinking of trying ebay for the R3.

Any advice/opinions would be most welcome.

I've borrowed the R3 version before, and apart from a lack of a DTS soundtrack, its similar to most other R3 releases (ie non-anamorphic, bare bones disc with a couple of trailers on it)

The picture quality isn't bad, and its only about £8 shipped from www.dddhouse.com
