Man with the Golden Gun is widescreen on dvd, as are all of the Bond films.

The reg set? Is that the new one with Reg Holdsworth (Corrie), Reg Barclay (TNG)and "Reg" from the Bill where they form a reg-ional reg-istrar reg-aining reg-imental reg-ency furniture?

A simple answer to your query is that all the bond films have been released in remastered, anamorphic widescreen versions. They are in 'special editions',with interesting extras, and are cheapest in australia,(R4). Try www.dvdstop.com.au
As to your interesting phraseology, you are probably one of those mensa chaps, having a laugh. :)
