£40 online which is a shame. At £17, sounds worth it.

Which branch?

though reading some reviews, it does not seem to be rated very good

I'll have a look in my local later on (Milton Keynes) as I want to get a few classic board games.

They were still £40 in the Cheltenham Branch and sectioned off in an area called "frozen stock" - wasn't that cold in there!

I got mine from the Ocean Terminal branch in Edinburgh. Was still priced at £40 but scaned at £20, plus a further 15% off sale prices (which I think finished yesterday).

It's not very good. All the categories and questions have been changed to accommodate the X-Factor generation (things like "Gossip" and "Trends" instead of "Science" and "History"), plus the DVD only gets used for the wedge questions. Might still be worth a punt at £17 though.

It's a good laugh if you're playing with people who prefer those kind of questions though*

This was also full price £40 at the Birmingham Bull Ring store, but I was happy when after this I popped into Game and got the Star Wars DVD edition Trivial Pursuit for £19.98 :D
