hey guys
i just bought the above yesterday and i'm having problems.
when i connect the player to the computer, both the player and initialy the computer detect the device, but when i go to sync my files in windows media player, it says that the device cannot be detected!
i've refreshed, tried again and again, etc etc and its just not working! :help:
any ideas guys?
