Sony Home Cinema set

Not sure what the model number is but its the complete silver Sony DTS package that goes for about £450 (or slightly less in Costco) anyway I've been offered the speaker set from this for £50 am I right in thinking I should bite his hand off? Guess all I need then is a DTS amp and I'm away, the speakers must be pretty good quality as they're sony yes?

If the sub isn't included then it is a waste of time. Sony speakers from these type of setps need the sub to output the normal range of frequencies. If you do chose to by the speakers you will still need a sub and an amplifier and your overall saving may not be that substantial.

Thanks for the comments, pretty sure the sub is included, basically the player was burgled so he's got the speakers spare now he's replaced the system. Probably give them a go I reckon.
