Hmmm... thought I'd throw this one open to other forumites - which of the following should I go for, considering the annual cost and saleability of the phone after 12 months:

Samsung D600
O2 200 - 200mins + 100txt = £15 for 8 months then £30 = £240

Sony Ericsson W550i
O2 200 - 200mins + 100txt = £15 for 12 months = £180

Motorola RAZR v3
O2 200 - 200mins + 100txt = £4.99 for 9 months then £30 = £134.91

My wallet leads me to the RAZR, but it's getting a bit old now...and my head towards the D600 - splitting the difference is the W550i!

All opinions greatly received, especially if you have one of the above!

Not familiar with the W550 but the V3 has been replaced already. I'd expect in a years time the V3 would be worth £40 or £50 if you're lucky. The D600 however is not that long out but likely to be replaced within the next 6 months. I'd recommend going for the D600 from a resale point of view. Apparently, it's not a bad phone either.

Thanks Malabbey - any other know-it-alls want to throw in their 2 pence worth?

Best phone for me at the moment was the Sony Ericsson 800i (http://www.sonyericsson.com/W800/). The 800i works as a MSD (mass storage device) so I drag MP3s straight to it via USB2.

The RAZR is nice but it doesn't have a memory card slot (well useless for many people) and has hardly any user memory, so you'd be heading towards the Samsung if you can't find a deal on the 800i.

I didn't like the look of the W550i. It looks much like the Samsung.
