View Full Version : Aria sending something back?
I went for Dell monitor offer a few weeks back, and today it came off. So i told the missus as she asked what i wanted and said a TFT. But to my horror so already bought one. (only 17") and the same price, i did tell her i would pick one, but do they listen.
But the good thing was it was signed for Sat (was attempted thurs), so still in the 14 days cooling off.
Now i've never sent anything back like this and never used Aria, how does it work and are they helpful?
Also it's unopened and still in the same packaging it came in.
its 7 days coolong off period m8 so hurry up, aria are really bad at cus servce btw, shocking.

Do i need to contact them and send it like RMA?
Also it's from Sat (day we signed for it) and not when they sent it?
I can agree with that statement, their customer service stinks. I ordered something (incorrectly) realised after I opened the box. Rang them to ask what I should do, they adised me to send it back under the distance selling act, which I did. (at a cost of £5) They have now told me that it has been opened and to arrange payment for redelivery. Prats, I only sent it back because they advised me to. Trying to ring is also close to impossible
They have a HDD I paid for and can not get refunded or sent back to me because of their "contact" policies.
Do a search on google for aria and complaints, that will yield a good response

A word of warning...Never, never, never use Aria. They are a bunch of cowboys who don't accept returns and are a nightmare to get in contact with (premium rate number plus holding for ages).
