I am thinking of getting one of the new Sony Bravia LCDs in the next few weeks. I would probably be getting a 32" but couldnt see much difference between the 2 models above but KDLV32A12 is about 300 to 400 pounds expensive than KDLS32A12. The only difference I found is that V32A12 has an extra SCART and both are HD ready. Are there any other major differences not mentioned in some of the websites?. Thank you

Siva

not 100% on this but could the more expensive one have integrated freeview? I know it can come with and without it.

The V has the WEGA engine which is where most of the money goes.

There are W, V & S series in the Bravia range, the main difference is in the resolution of the image processors. W being the most expensive has the higher resolution. The W and V series have a black thin frame the S series is silver. To be honest I couldn't see much difference Between the V and S in picture quality when i went to the Sony shop. All are HD ready and Have freewiew. I am proberly going for the 40" S series myself Siva, but i am going to wait until after Christmas in the hope of Knocking a few hundred pounds of the price.
