View Full Version : How the hell do I get in touch with Ebuyer???
Only a minor thing but very irritating nevertheless. I bought some memory from them which said free delivery. When I got the email confirmation they've added a couple of quid delivery. It seems impossible to email them which only leaves phone and I certainly don't want to spend another few quid hanging on to a never answered line (from past expeience).
So how do I point out their error at no extra cost to myself? :?:

actually everytime i used their enotes system ive had quick responses. (once within 2hrs :O)
be polite and you dont get sent to the back of the pile lol

Enotes is very quick indeed as noted above.
Also to get the free del, you need to select "Super saver" del from the list, as long as your items are listed as being part of the free del promo, you wont get charged. :)
I get quick reply's with the enotes but they still haven't resolved my problem from the 20th Oct (sent a monitor back under gtee and the return never showed up). I am now letting the credit card company look into it..

Last time I used their enotes it was a 7 day turnaround before getting a reply :mad:

Am currently in a row with them and have been getting replies to most of my eNotes the same day... though I think I have finally persuaded the person I have been discussing the issus via eNote with that they should escalate the matter to their superiors who had better call us ASAP.
Watch this forum if they don't, for a shocking story about ebuyer which has been going on for over 2 years...
