dvd decrypter will do it, if its svcd/vcd format, u need a .cue file for it or else it will not play on dvd players.

but this thread will prob close as all .bin files are from "other sources"

It should be understood, there are lots of uses for lots of perfectly legal standards and just because YOU have experienced them being used in one of those ways. Does NOT mean EVERYONE else has. cue\bin files are perfectly legal and are used for distributing perfectly legal content, they are an "aid" in much the same way as .zip, .rar, Uuencode et al and nothing more.

As to the OP's question: BurnAtOnce burns .cue\.bin files and is Freeware http://www.burnatonce.com/index.htm?downloads

A .cue file is not a necesssity for a file to be played on a dvd player,in this case the image file can be opened using something like isobuster to get the mpeg which can then be authored to vcd ,svcd etc.If there is no cue then one can be made, simply by using notepad or by googling. You could of course mount the image on a virtual drive and burn from there.
The use of bin/cue and other image formats is that it eliminates the end user making mistakes when burning providing they have the correct burning tool.

When DVD Decrypter got shut down, the burning part of the program has continued to be developed (as it was ace!)

http://www.imgburn.com/

It burns pretty much anything to CD or DVD in any source format.

All you need is Daemon tools this will mount the bin as a disc on a virtual rom drive and you will then be able to copy it to disc.

Damon tools is a free d/l Google it.
