Minimum spec AGP graphics card?

What's the minimum spec AGP graphics card required these days for the latest games preferably below £100?

Have a look at the 128MB GeForce 6600GT cards. They're pretty good and
around the £100 mark.

If you don't like/want nVIDIA, then have a look at the ATi X700 series. You may
be able to get the Pro version for around £100. I've no idea how good/bad the
X700s are though.
