You can get both Volumes 2+3 at Loaded247.com (http://www.thedvdforums.com/jump.php?url=http://www.awin1.com/awclick.php^QS^mid=639^QA^id=30372) for £32.99 each, and that wont include a customs charge either as they dispatch from the UK.
Apart from that, cant really find a better deal, because I remember looking for Volume 3, obviously if there is a better deal from a US supplier, you would likely get charged with customs anyway.
