I bought a freeview box from index when they were closing down and it's stopped working, no power, fuse is OK.

It's only 4 months old and I have the receipt so what do I do with it

The index website just links to ***** now with an address for outstanding orders but it says nothing about warranty returns :help:

When my toothbrush broke a few months ago, I sent it direct to the manufacturer (Ultrasonex) & they replaced it. Index would have sent it back to the manufacturer anyway so you are only cutting out the middleman. The only problem is that you will have to pay for return postage unless the manaufacturer has a freepost returns address.

Index has shut down!?!

I worked for them for 4 years while I was at school / uni and had no idea!

Properly shut rather than littlewoods eaten?

They closed them all down a few months back.

I would contact the manafactuer or maybe Littlewoods head office.
