I have Office XP. Two weeks ago, word stopped saving any default font I chose and when the program is closed and reopened it shows 'comic sans MS' which has never been chosen as the default font.
What's the problem and can it be fixed? I've tried asking microsoft but have had no response. Also checked their word faq's; nothing.
I'd be grateful if anyone could tell me how to resolve this. Its annoying more than anything else.
About 4 years ago I had a similiar problem on my old computer - this was resolved after a new antivirus programme picked up some spyware and removed it - could I be having the same problem again?
