The Limey - i should have known better, as it was "critically acclaimed" - this always means that it's crap :(

MI2, two hours of pointless stunts flips & fights just so Tom Cruise can get off on his self. A waste of John Woo.:(

Probably the Predator 1&2 R2 boxset. Didn't realise at the time that the first film was cut, and had forgotten how ... forgettable ... the sequel is.

Do you know if the Predator 2 DVD is uncut!? I quite like it and found it second hand on Saturday, but didn't dare buy it incase it was hacked like the first one.

The Crow R2 - my first purchase - I didn't realise it was P&s at the time, and probably wouldn't have known what that meant either. But I have to keep it for sentimental reasons.

My Dutch version of The Deer Hunter, shocking picture and sound, but as it is not R2, I can’t trade it in the shop and because it’s so crap, I can’t even trade it in privately.

Dusk Till Dawn R4 as I now have the 2 disc.

The Netherlands/Holland is in the R2 area. Might be more of a problem to someone not liking a cover with foreign writing on it. Not that it bothers me. I bought the R4 edition.

Hell I'd trade most anything listed for my copies of Lock Up or In and Out.

The 'Babe' version of Animal Farm. (R1)

No, 'babe' as in the talking pig.
Sicko.

Wanna swap it for Deep Blue Sea?

Dear Mr Echo

Now here's a thing. Army of Darkness OOP Ltd Edition 2 disc. I really would like to get rid of that... but at a sensible price of course!

I sold Deep Blue Sea not long after its release and for some reason felt like watching it again so I bought it - never watched it since!

I just watched The Limey yesterday and really enjoyed it (even though I have had it in my trade list for a while) it's staying now.

Charles Angels R2 - a complete waste of time, and now they are planning for a second film

For me it has to be Castle Home Video's first release of Blue Velvet. P&S/terrible transfer/bad sound/zero extras - a generally shoddy product. Even the widescreen re-release 12 months later was no better.

Ironically, this is my favourite film of all time by my favourite director of all time. At least a special edition is on its way with a transfer supervised by Lynch himself.

Cherry Falls, utter pants. The problem with EIV disks is that all of there covers look so tacky and horrible you can't tell how bad a film is going to be like you often can.

I need a pay rise (http://www.dvdprofiler.com/mc.asp?alias=MrPerfect&type=A)

The main ones that comes to mind are Die Hard and Blackadders 2 & 3. There are far superior versions of these now. The problem is that at the moment I can't afford the better versions so I'm stuck with the no extras blackadder / die hard :( I kind of agree that the limey isn't that good but this was probably because I was expecting so much after watching 'Out of Sight' and 'Traffic'.

Anybody up for random swapsies?

Everyone names something they want rid of, then we randomly match the disc with someone else off the list. We all get rid of something we hate and get something that we don't want. :)
