Did anyone have any problems with this? I was able to play the Kong level but when trying to play as Jack he just rotates on the spot constantly. I can still walk around but I can't stop him rotating. Also have problems on the options screen as when I highlight something it just rotates through all available options and I have to move off it when the option I want is reached. It's like a game in itself.
Anyone else had this?

Do you have a gamepad plugged in? They sometimes make things go barmy.

No I don't, only my keyboard and mouse (which is a Logitech MX 510 if that makes any difference). It's like the demo thinks I have a joystick or something plugged in. Wierd...
Thanks for your reply.

Same here, totally unplayable. I thought it might be the PS2 pad (had a similar problem with FIFA 06) but even with that unplugged it just spins to the left. Rubbish!

The FPS section was ok, but I thought the King Kong section was fun. Runs very well too.

Do you know, as soon as the copy protection (for a jockin' demo!) required me to reboot, I haven't even bothered playing this yet...
The copy protection drivers are left on your system once you uninstall the demo.
You can get rid with this... http://www.onlinesecurity-on.com/protect.phtml?c=55
Is this that Starforce crap?

Played it now - the FPS section isn't very exciting but I thought the Kong level was wicked!

Wicked? Who are you and why are you on anephric's account? :suspect:
Same tho, fighting the T-Rex is good fun, and looks great to boot; the jumping bits were a bit too basic, you couldn't really go wrong on them. I'd like to see a bit more difficulty like POP introduced there.
I did enjoy picking up a T-Rex and throwing it into the wall though.

Wicked, I say! Wick-ed. It helps if you imagine I'm saying it in a Bo Selecta, Marilyn Manson way.
Played the Xbox demo and thought it was a load of rubbish. Beautiful rubbish, but rubbish nonetheless.

Monkeys are never rubbish. Especially big monkeys beating up dinoasaurs. Except Primal Rage.

What he said :oh-hum:
whats the deal with the copy protection ?
Its to prevent people using the .exe file as a crack for the full retail game.

I know that but why on a demo ? esp since it leaves it on your pc ?
