I seem to remember that if you purchased something from Amazon (http://www.thedvdforums.com/jump.php?url=http://www.amazon.co.uk/exec/obidos/redirect-home^QS^tag=thedvdforums-21^QA^site=dvd) and the price went down if you contacted them they would reimburse you the difference. Is this still true as I can't find anything on their website and also what was the elapsed time allowed before they'd say get lost.
