Hi,

Does anyone know if Momentum Pictures will release this film as part of their "Director's Chair" series?

I've read the following from Dvd Fever:

Other DVDs to come in the "Director's Chair" series include The Doors, Manhunter, The Cotton Club, Jacob's Ladder, Chaplin, King of Comedy, The Producers and The Sure Thing.

Is this true?

Thanks,

Wolverine

I guess it must be! :D
Can your player handle R1 discs, as there is a nice SE of this film available, it is anamoprhic with DD 5.1 sound and there are some cool extras, it's released by Artisan too, so probably dirt cheap

I should imagine the extras would be exactly the same as the US disc, should Momentum get their act together.

It's an excellent disc: splendid anamorphic transfer (which captures the look of the film beautifully), excellent 5.1 surround mix, director's commentary (pretty decent), 30-minute documentary, three deleted scenes (with optional commentary) and a trailer and television spot.

It can be got for under a tenner, so go get it!
