Are they any good?
Ive never used them before and just noticed that there is an affiliated link to them.

Tried the search but it found nothing.

How was the stuff sent? Good delivery times? etc..

I used them for the first time last week. Ordered on monday was dispatched on tuesday (didnt get a dispatch email just checked online) and received on a thursday. If i remember correctly it was sent from Jersey so not a bad turnaround.

Is this company still going? Website down, unanswered E Mail, and an order pending :(

Used three times. First order in August 2005 for 3 BBC "Walking With.." items - great prices but looked to be repackaged returns. I only complained about the one that had the "special offer" page torn out of its booklet, and they exchanged it for a new, factory sealed, product and refunded the postage. Two later orders in October 2005 were OK. Would use again, if saving is big enough.

I had a similar experience to Paul. Multi-disc set arrived in a very sorry state and I asked for a replacement. Not only would they not send one until they received the first copy back but they were initially only willing to subsidise the cost of return up to the weight of a single disc! Set was very heavy and I insisted they refund the actual cost. Eventually they did but somewhat begrudgingly.

Did not use them again.
