Laptop with large letters / high contrast keys

My old pop is looking at buying a canal boat and wants a PC to take on the boat that he can get online with via a mobile. He's thinking about a laptop but the old duffer is getting blinder by the day and he moans that the keyboard on the PC he finds hard to read. Is there any laptops out there that have larger letters on the keys or high contrast between the key and the letter? Or any keyboards for that matter?

my Dell inspiron has white text on black keys, letters are about 0.5 cm high.
