Typical, I held off buying to see what they'd release, and thought it would only be the 5d.
Reckon they've given it a larger lcd, and perhaps 11MP?

Yeah, given the "newness" of the 20, there's no real model loyalty to keep hold of when releasing a new model, unlike the 1D. So an updated 20 would probably be a 25D or something, much like the 300/350 pairing.
