Vistaprint.co.uk (http://www.thedvdforums.com/jump.php?url=http://tracker.tradedoubler.com/pan/TrackerServlet^QS^p=888^QA^a=60823^QA^g=19529) are favoured by most on here. They do them for free too (just pay P&P which is reasonable). You can get higher quality ones from them for only a little more.

have a look at http://www.printing.com - not used them myself but they do 500 full colour (with plain reverse) for £49. might be worth a punt.

edit: thought they were online but they're not - you have to visit one of their local 'outlets'. probably not what you're looking for then...
