Apparently, the great Mr Ford himself has agreed to record a commentary for next year's Blade Runner re-release (Special 20th Anniversary Edition).
Having trawled the world-wide web, I can find no confirmation of this. Does anyone know if this is true? (Given the fact that Harrison Ford dislikes the film so much, I would be very surprised if this were indeed true). Oh well, I live in hope.

If that’s the case where did you hear of it?

A friend of mine says he read it in a film/DVD magazine in WHSmith this afternoon. But he can't remember what mag it was. He better not be pulling my leg.

Is this something to look forward to ?! I cannot imagine the dreariest film 'star' of them all having anything witty or of insight to offer if his performance over the past couple of decades is anything to go by !

Yep, I have to agree with you. Ford used to be my favourite actor but everything seemed to go pear shaped around the time of Mosquito Coast. It's been mainly downhill ever since. How the mighty have fallen......

I wonder if his commentary would sound as dull and unenthusiastic as his voice-over in the film...
