I ordered a UK mains charger for my H340 over two weeks ago, at the time (and still now), the website says the item is in stock. They took payment straight away and then informed me they were out of stock and it should be sent out within 4 days.

Still nothing.

I'm not happy that they've taken money before dispatch as i'd otherwise just cancel the order and go elsewhere..

Are they a problematic company, or do I just have crappy luck?

I have ordered from them a couple of times; great and fast service.

And I have read a lot of other positive feedback about advancedmp3players.co.uk also, so I would think there must be some rational reason for your case.

If I were you, I would contact them, at least in my case they always answered quickly to emails.

I had a very minor matter that needed clearing up, and an email to them was answered by the MD within hours.

Don't assume they are like one of the vast outfits. If you have a problem, let them know, and I'm sure they'll do their best to sort it out asap.

Fantastic company. Have never had anything but 100% super dealings with them in all five orders (including returns!).

Used them 3 or 4 times and they have always been great. Even paid with Nochex once and that went smoothly as well!

Their price match service is great also, and free delivery.

I price-matched with them on a Iriver 40gig player and saved £25 on Thursday and got it today.

Well I emailed them again days ago following on from your replies & got the adapter within 2 days.

Today, I received another one, so now I have 2. I'm beginning to think i should have ordered something a little larger than an AC adapter. :lol:

I just need to make sure they haven't charged me twice. :(
