I have a PC on a 100gb network at the moment and in the machine is 2 network cards one of which is a gigabit card.

I have a separate gigabit network which I would like the connect the machine to so I can copy all the data across from it.

The 100gb network is my ADSL connection and the gigabit network is the internal data/test network. I have never really needed to connect them before but I need to get about 100gb's of data from the ADSL machine to a machine on the internal network and it will be an ongoing weekly process so I can't move it off and on as needed. I presume it's simple enough if both cards have static network address.

Is there a dos switch that will allow me to specify which network card to use while copying?

Does this make sense?

Cheers

Not that much!

The ADSL machine (which has both NICs?) will be able to see both networks - so it will know addresses of things connected to both networks. Just use Robocopy and set up a scheduled job to copy to a UNC path. No dos switches or other nonsense required!
