First game I thought was going well until BabyJ pulled it back. Had to play a very very risky challenge at the end when he was clean through (apologies) to salvage a point.
Second game was a very open affair, with about 25 shots in total for both teams. Some sitters were missed, some saves were made. But luckily I snatched a win.
Thats me done for the season, off on my hols now. Don't forget to put me down for the ultimate PES4 season Bolch! Hopefully I have done enough for promotion. :thumbs:

I'm back from Canada people. So Pro Evo here I come with a marathon of matches to get through.
Haven't played pes4 for about a month so go easy on me. :p
Not even had time find out who plays for Levante.....! They have some shocking stats of what I can see.... :lol:

Must admit I'm really chuffed with the way Division 3 is going at the moment, they're progressing through games nicely, It's still very open and IIRC It's the first time Div 3 hasn't had a drop out!

Well played. I seemed a bit rusty with my finishing although I did create some nice passages of play at times.

Well I think that first game ended my hopes of League glory - SS was too tight in defence for the Germans and despite a couple of openings, I never really deserved anything more than a point and SS finished well for his goal.
Second game was just pure comical genius - SS managed to outscore me, yes he managed to score 3 OGs to outscore the Germans! First OG was a cracking 100mph back pass that went through the keeper. Second OG was one of those back post defensive messups where the defender, keeper and attacker all contribute to one of those 'ball dribbles over the line off the defender' sort of OGs. The third was slid straight into the bottom corner from a low cross into the box to cap off the comical entertainment :D
Need Big T to either lose 2 games or lose 1 and draw 2. Not exactly very likely :D

11 shots on goal, 8 on target in the first game. The fairer result would have been a draw imo.
3-1 up in the second for only a mad penalty area lag scramble to gift Tequila back into the game at 3-2. FFS...!
But I now know that I have the quality to survive. :thumbs:

I had a lot of possession in the first game but couldn't create much. Art could have grabbed an equiliser in the dying minutes but my goaly was equal to his shot.
The second was very comfortable for me but I did have a couple of scares here and there.

Don't think I deserved to lose both...Gutted :(
First game 1st half I was all over Rich. Wen 1-0 up after 6 minutes. After that I hit the post, missed 2 one on ones, was brought down in the area with no penalty, then Rich went 1-1 on 36 mins. 2nd half Rich was like a new player and it was a lot more evenly matched. Bit that ****** me off most was I won the ball from his defender and was perfectly set up for 'the cutback', really poor pass which my guy had to run away from the goal to pickup, then took 30 minutes turning 180 degrees while the ball sat motionless for Rich to steal it from me, 15 seconds later, no defence and Rich scored a cutback himself.
2nd game was very even with both sides having shockingly bad shots on net. Rich scored thanks to a dick head defender. He played the throughball and looked off side by a mile, ref didn't whistle. As Rich continued his run preparing for his one on one I spotted one of my defenders doing Kareoke using the cornerr flag as a mic hence no offside :mad:. I pulled on back less than 2 minutes later. Rich scored again, game over.

Two different games with the same result for Floyd in each. TBH I was hanging on the entire game as client and with 4 attacking players on downward blue arrows it was always going to be tough. My keeper made some good saves, one amazing goal line clearance from Andrews which defied belief and the post saved me late in the 2nd half and I was able to scramble it clear and I thought at that point my luck was in. It wasn't, 89th min and a cross from the right bounced of my centre half and dropped for floyds striker who made no mistake. 'Gers players dropped to their knees as their efforts had been in vain, okay perhaps they didnt - getting carried away.
2nd game so my team have 3 different formations and it was as 4-3-3 in the 2nd half that finally I began to make some chances. Hit the bar from 30yds and then in the last minute I got clear down the right and crossed for Prso to head down into the bottom right hand corner, the keeper amazingly stretched out a big paw and knocked it away and the game was over.
Well played in both games Floyd. TBH I couldn't get near you when your passing game was so fluid.

Two amazing games. Trig had a man sent off in 1st game very early on and played really well. Can't remember much after that. Combination of the Stella and an amazing 2nd game.
2nd game Trig was thru and I took him out (by accident). Man sent off for me and down to 10 for most of the game. It was a case of me scoring and Trig equalizing but Trig just couldn't find a 3rd goal.
Super games to finish off a super season. Many thanks to all the Div 3 guys. All games played in a superb spirit :thumbs:

Two very close games. 1st one was very close at 0-0 till about the 75th min. I went to wack it clear and it hit one of my defenders leaving Daz a gap at the back to run into. He ran to the wing, swung it over and it cleared 2 defenders leaving a forward a clear header at the goal, he didn't miss!
His 2nd goal was a pure and utter defensive **** up. There was a hopeful ball lobbed forward and my keeper ran to claim it. My defender then thought it'd be great to run in and miss-control it whilst my keeper was on the floor. The ball rolled free and Daz gently rolled it in :doh:
The second game was a similar affair only split by a strike mid way thro the 1st half. I could have made it 2 just before the break but a shot on the angle hit the underside of the bar and ran off next to the corner flag :cry:
In the 2nd half I got a little frustrated and fouled Daz a bit - sorry about that mate :)

I am kicking myself over these results. Strange mixup when I was setting my starting lineup for the first game meant I had no stikers on pitch and when i went to change it late in the second half I realised I didn;t even have one on bench. Needless to say I lost. Despite cracking the bar in the second min. Good win Finlab,
I knew I needed to win this one to secure promotion and I threw everything at Finlab. Created very good chances after very good chances but finishing was woeful. 2 points dropped for me in this one.
Now to find a guy called MEL
Thanks for the games, moko. Very enjoyable. In the second either of us could have won it. 1st game I think i had 12 on target, 5 in the 2nd. Both keepers earned their page 3 lovelies tonight.

I know what it's like chasing promotion, just don't do it again.
I cut you a break when you'd not played 4 games by that first Friday so the least you can do is give someone that's already past last weeks quota chance to play this weeks quota.

2 games dominated by the hosting side. I went in front early on but finlab scored pretty much straight from re-start. Just before half time finlab struck again to make it 2-1. Both sides had chances from then on but finlab finished the game in the late stages when Rangers were pushing on for an equaliser and got caught short at the back.
2 goals in the first 18 mins of the 2nd game gave me advantage but I couldnt find the killer 3rd goal and so the game went back and forward with chances for both sides but no further scoring.
Both very enjoyable games - a deserved 3 pts each.

ok, the final picture becomes a bit clearer. Me and Mel missed each other a few times tonight on MSN but hopefully we can get our games finished in the next day or two.

So nervous in the 1st as the points meant a lot. Score was a bit flattering as it was 2-0 and tight until 70 mins he rushed his goalie way out. I hit a duff shot which was rolling to the goal. He retrieved it but his momentum carried him into the goal. He then threw it all at me and I scored a goal on the break in the dying seconds.
2nd game he just couldnt break my defence down and I couldnt do anything useful.
I think that gives me promotion :clap:

Nothing at all in it in this game. Managed to hit the crossbar from a header midway through the 1st half but that was as close as anyone got. Two defensive set ups (esp mine) stifled any creative play and lead to a draw.

Well, thats my season completed. Pleased with tonites results - could have had all 6 points from this bar a last minute save in the last game by Teasy's keeper. I wouldn't have deserved it mind. In the first half Teasy had 13 shots and I had none :D
In the second half I prevented him from shooting and got the jammiest equalizer when his keeper saved, it bounced back hit his defender, on to his keeper then finally bounced back hit my forward and he rolled it in - too jammy :lol:
1st game he outclassed me in terms of skill but I dug in deep against his twirly-ness ;) and got 2 well taken goals :D
Wonder if thats enough to claim the title? :?:

Looking at the stats the closest anyone can get is Teasy if he wins all his remaining and he can only get 27 points and the FSheenan on 26 if he wins against Jonny :clap:

Soundstyle played a really hard to break down 7 man defence (defenders + 2 Defending Midfielders)! First game should've been a draw. Only goal was my defenders dicking about passing the ball to each other on the edge of my box with 2/3 of SS's players around. One nipped in and nicked the ball for an easy slot home.
2nd game started pretty much the same way. 20 mins in I pressed up and x to pass to a defender, ball went to the wrong defender and instead went to the one stood next to SS's CF. He walked around that defender intercepted the ball and slotted home from 6 inches. Around 40mins in I scored a header, from a beautiful diagonal cross only for it be ruled off side. In the 2nd half I started out a lot stronger, playing faster more fluid football. One one of my attacks SS caught me on the counter and his forward easily shrugged off my defender for another easy 1 on 1 tap in. For the rest of the second half I was putting more pressure on SS having 3 shots to his 1 roughly. On 76 mins got the break I needed and chipped his keeper to make it 2-1. At the kickoff didn't let up and carried on beating down his back door :suspect:. Then at 82 mins SS started running down the clock, by 84 I was bored of it already (and cheesed off) so put my joypad down and went to grab a drink. Got back just in time to see SS net his 3rd curtousy of a cutback following a blocked shot.
That's me over and relegated for another season. 4 points to me would've been fairer reflection over those 2 games but it's a funny old game.

Could have gone either way in the first game but I managed to sneak one in the bottom of the far post.
Second game I passed the ball around well. Bolch got back into the game in the last 10mins with a neat finish over my keeper. I scored one more in injury time.

Lucky to come away with 3 points in the first game as my sub scored a 80 minute winner.
Second game Kipp hit the post several times but didn't have a shot on target all game.
I think I created the better chances and had more possession but a draw was a fair result. :thumbs:

not at the races - 2nd game closer with the most riduculous 2nd for Teasy I've yet seen. Corner comes across, my goalie knocks the ball straight up into the air for what should then be a routine catch and instead heads the ball into the net :shrug: :oh-hum:

Lost my 100% home record to a massively improved Trigger (now that he's using the d pad). Having my goalie on a down arrow didnt help as Trigger found himself 3 up with 20 mins to go.
Found it hard to break trigger down and even what I thought was my 1st cut back goal hit the post and went along the goal line to the goalie. Did manage a shot feint to pull one back and then in stoppage got a second.

I think that this season that the level of skill between players in all the divisions has become very similar. It used to be that you’d play Div 3 players and you’d coast to a 5-0 win. Now, I find that regardless of the division that you really have to fight for victories. I think this is testament to good everyone has become.
Tequila doesn’t count because he puts voodoo curses on everyone’s joypad’s and uses mind tricks to create illusions. It never helps that whenever I play him my keepers repeatedly do miss kicks or fumble the ball :( :cry:

His players were fallin down all over the place for any freekicks they could get. My players were bundled off the ball so easily it was untrue.

I had written about 5 minutes worth of a mathc report and was about to clock post when my PC crashed so here is the shorter version.

The genius strikers of the Art and kipp's Dutch minnows meant that chance after chance were missed. I played 4 up top in both games and still couldn't score.

Two important games for both of us here, with Gangster pushing for a promotion and me fighting for my Div 1 place. First result pretty fair, went 2 up and then Gangster got one back late on to make the last few minutes a bit tense.
Gangster unlucky not to get something from the 2nd, with his goalie saving a penalty only for the rebound to be tapped in.
Now puts be above Gangster on GD, and means that phayze needs to win both his remaining games to prevent auto relegation. It also means that bigjonny needs 2 draws or a win to go above me. It's actually possible (however unlikely) for me to get a playoff place for promotion now!!!!!

am well pleased with those results ist game i scored 2 in first ten minutes then tried to hold on fred scored then my hands became a bit sweaty but a switch of a button on me new ghey controller switched the fans on to cool them down to ice cube status and i held out
2nd game unfortunatley me and fred are both on ntl which seem to be having some issues at minute knowing i needed at least a draw it was not looking good due to some of the bad word but i carried on then it happened
got a free kick about 25 yards out and rifled it into the top corner of the net first time i hav ever scored a free kick then i pinchedanother
fred pulled one back and then opened up a bit which allowed me to counter and the hulk(nkufo) powered his way past fred to put a couple away
right need to speak to matt now about that 10 man defence for next season

Just ordered a new super fast PC (should arrive next Saturday) so I may be interested in Season 7 after all, as my slow down for client games is probably due to my old PC which I am using now and not my net connection as I have been updated free to 2MB.
When do I need to let you know by...?
Also is there a playoff deadline...?

If Phayze gets less than 6 points against Teasy then he takes the last relegation spot with Gangster taking the relegation play off.
If Phayze gets 6 points against Teasy, then Gangster takes the last relegation and Dazkelly takes the relegation playoff.
Always good to have something to aim for - I think I'll have to talk to Tequilla and steal some of his voodoo magic and 8-0-2 formation for those two games...

Sorry mate, we're sorted for Season 7 now :( We can only have limited spots because of this 'Team' addition I've brought it. But if you don't mind I'll put you down for a reserve?
With regards to the playoff, it's not really needed as you won't be in Season 7 so I'll just promote the 4th guy from Div1 instead and one of the returners can fill his space in Div 1.
They'll be a complete shakeup for PES5 though :thumbs:

That's kool. Put me down as a reserve to help out if you need someone to step in if there's an emergency.

Good riddance to that crappy team, I've never 'enjoyed' PES less than when playing with Cruzerio.
Oh, almost forgot.
Big thank you once again to Bolchie for his time and effort for Season 6. I enjoyed that season without Monaco far more.
Anyway - also congrats to the Mighty T once again. Roll on PES5 for me.

With regards to the Play offs, as Soundstyle isn't taking part in Season 7 FSheehan earns auto promotion to the Premiership, which jusr leaves Gangster vs PJG and Daz_75 vs *******.
The draw for Season 7 will take place tonight, Kickoff for Season 7 will be Friday 30th (Giving people plenty of practice, and time for WC/SL Games)

Its a tough old world in the Premier League - next season will present an entirely different challenge though with the Team structure :thumbs:

well my aims since i started this league were
div 3 promotion did it in one
div 2 promotion did it in one
div 1 survival did it in one
div 1 promotion did it
and now the aim of getting to prem is done my next aim is
NOT TO CONCEDE MORE THAN 40 GOALS LOL
but i have a little plan i am not going to play any of the prem guys in freindlies as your all to tactical aka lou and john and would work out where to beat me in the freindlies and this would not be good
as we are all having the same teams ill play the guys lower down who are all top notch and have just ran out of time to make it
apart from bolch and co who have been relegated lol

both very good games and so close. First game i was unlucky and should off got the win, missed quite a few chances, and i missed a penalty.
Second game pjg played alot better and had the better chances, seeing him hit the cross bar 3 times and missing a penalty at the end. I got the break just before half time and kept onto the win. well played mate.

As gangster said they were two very close games. The second game I played well and missed a lot of good chances including a couple of lobs that beat the keeper but came back off the cross bar in the first half and then the penalty in the 86th minute. I knew I had used up all my luck when I beat Matt in the warm up game :( So a fourth consecutive season in division 2 for me - I must be the only person who never goes up or down :doh:

Hopefully I will be able to sort out my game freezing problem before season 7 but I still have no idea what is causing it. It's got to the stage now where I have to client all my games but it still means my game freezes a few times every game, seemingly always at the most crucial points :help: :help:
But I played you last night. It only happened once, and really wasn't a big deal.

I've heard the game freezies like this to allow your opponent to 'catch up' or something - technical term :dork:
It happened 3 x in our wc game but I thought it was freezing at your side too (because everything started from the same point a few secs later). If this is the case then it doesnt stop you hosting as you gain no advantage.

It does happen at both ends when I host so causes no advantage but it is still annoying if you are attacking and it freezes and breaks up your attack and as my computer is causing it is probably fairer for the other player if I don't host (unless I get serious lag as client). When I am client I think it only freezes at my end so the person hosting doesn't know it has frozen and I miss about 5 to 10 seconds of the game. Obviously this is annoying for me as it might freeze and then when it unfreezes I have conceded a goal, like against gangster. But as its my computer causing it its fairest if I suffer because of it.
I have a P4 2.2ghz so although I guess that is fairly low spec it shouldn't be too low to run the game properly. In fact when I first got the game it was fine for a couple of months and then started so I reinstalled Windows and it was fine again for another couple of months and then started again. This time though I have reinstalled Windows and it is still happening so I don't know what could be causing the problem. :shrug: :help:
I had this freezing problem last week for the first time ever !
I ran regvac to clean my registry and that seems to have done the trick !
No problems now !

Got 2 penalties, although i missed one, at the end of the first game which killed things off
Hadn't used West Brom for, i think, about 2 and a half weeks, and God did it show!
I was awful, and daz played really well - which was kinda a disastrous combination really! :)
Still, he gets valencia now! :)
