How easy is it to get a refund if the item I am thinking of buying from them has a fault etc.
Will I have to pay to send the item back or will they pick it up free of charge?
How good is this company?
Never heard of them before.

hello mate i have bought all of my stuff from here.serb the owner is very good with refunds .not the cheapest place i have found but reliable enough.i know the owner and he also has a shop in the metrocentre undercutting all the chains.they not happy but hes making a killing.should have no probs
Another thumbs up from me, they sent me the wrong colour speaker once and sent a courier to collect it from me. Super company IMO.

Would not touch them. Was majorly jerked around by this company
I got my first dvd player from them and they were fine.
The Pioneer 717 is still going strong now after I bought it in 2001. :)
I had a bad experience with them too. If picking up a speaker after they delivered the wrong colour is good, well....that says it all.
I had 2 bad experiences with them, wouldn't touch them now even though I only live 15 miles from their nearest store.

Having second thoughts in using them now.
Was going to purchase from Unbeatable but everyone knows what's happened to them (and they were a good company).
Oh well.
I had a bad experience with them too. If picking up a speaker after they delivered the wrong colour is good, well....that says it all.
His question was would they rectify any mistakes and pay for return postage, which in my case they did. I notice not many people actually state what the problems were with these guys?
Anyway, you risk stuff going wrong with most places to be honest.
In my case they didn't, first time I was supplied with second hand goods described as new rang them up them collected it but didn't have any more stock had to wait three weeks for a refund second time bought an exspensive av receiver off them,was DOA took umpteen phones & had to threaten to get the cc involved before the decided out of the goodness of their heart to pick it up & give me a refund.
