Has anyone bought and received a copy of Jurassic Park 3 from a R1 online site ie dvdboxoffice, Amazon, dvdimport.com etc? If yes, could you please tell me if the offer for the 4th disc and box was included for send off? I am thinking of getting a friend in New York to order it for me, send off for the extra disc and box and then send them on to me in Europe. As of now this offer is not open to anywhere else in the world.
