Like a lot of people, I think the Clone Wars series was ace, it was great to see what goes on between the films, and it got me thinking.. wouldn't it be pretty cool if they did a series for between episodes 4 and 5, then 5 and 6 ? (episode 3 to 4 was ended nicely imo, and there's too much time... its like bringing back Only Fools and Horses after they ended that.. oh wait they did :p)

I think it'd work really nicely, and i'd love to see skywalker, vader, solo, leia etc in the clone wars universe. I wonder if its ever been considered or anything.. (i don't tend to follow all the news surrounding star wars, there's just too much!)

There's a new live action TV show in production based between episode III Revenge of the Sith and episode IV A New Hope. There's also some more Clone Wars animated shows being done, albeit in a different format to the existing Clone wars. I don't think there are any plans to do shows set during the OT, but who knows with Lucas ...

That whole Shadows Of The Empire multi-media thingy (the game and book) was set between Empire and Jedi.

It won't be made until 2007. Lucas thought it would be a good idea to wait until he had time to direct most of it himself...

I thought he'd said that he wants to hand it off as soon as possible? I wouldn't be surprised if he pulled an Aaron Sorkin on the whole series, though.
