Am moving house and trying to avoid a re-installation charge... sometimes they offer you those "one-day only" deals over the phone. Is it worth trying to haggle over the price if you dangle the carrot you might add Sky+ and Multiroom if they were willing to offer you a decent incentive?

Just been on the phone to cancel my subscription - family pack going up to £21 in September, which is way too expensive! Had real trouble talking to the indian call centre so I've emailed sky (probably a waste of time!) asking for confirmation of the cancellation.
