What do people suggest?

The R2 version has hardly any extras while the R1 has loads of extra scenes etc...

The R2 cover design is so much better than R1...

The R2 is about £2 cheaper, although I am not worried about this...

Can anyone confirm that the R2 disc is missing the extra features found on the R1 disc?

Well, I like DTS so I'd prefer the R1 myself.

That's a good opinion, may I share it?

The DTS track and extras appear to come at a price.

This review (http://www.dvdreview.com/fullreviews/evolution.shtml) appears to indicate that this is one of Dreamworks' poorer efforts.

Shame really.

Although the R1 has tons of good features, I was less than impressed with the picture quality. Looked very grainy on my screen. Shame really, as this is the only film I REALLY enjoyed in the cinema this summer. :(
