In the extras section of JP3 there is, sorry to be a bit vague, a section concerning the pteranodons. Split into 3 sections, there is a short interview, the animatic and then the final scene. The thing is the animatic lasts for quite literally for 1 second!!! ...and then the final scene isn't even the same as the section talked about in the interview or the animatic. Nice one Universal!
