All R1 Episodes have DD 5.1 and 4 Episodes have commentary tracks.

The Region 1 release will (as with Season 1) be getting my burnt out credit card treatment :D

My smoking card is not going anywhere near the Region 2 release!!!! ;)

Is the Sopranos Season 2, region 4, any good?

Is it the same as the R1 version or the R2 version, or different.

I hear the R2 versions are pretty crappy.

However, I can get the Sopranos Season 2 on R4 delivered from Australia for £32, whereas on R1 it is going to be £50, before shipping and handling and possibly the evil customs import charge.

Any ideas people? Anyone got / seen the Sopranos season 2 R4?

I believe the R4 is exactly the same as the R2 - I'm no expert, but I think they use the same masters (or something!) but the R1 is different.

Stick with the R1 - it may be more expensive, but you get what you pay for. Try www.*********.com as I think the R1 is on offer for £44.99 delivered.

Thanks for your help guys, I have gone with the R1 as suggested from ********* - £45 delivered is pretty good as it's double that, for a crappier version here in the UK. Why does it have to be this way.
