Nightmare On Elm Street Boxset Problem...

I have a Scan SC-2000, and I have just started playing Nightmare On Elm Street. At the timecode 0:03:30, the DVD keeps going back to the main menu. Is this the disc's fault, or the player's?

Plays alright on my copy(r1), so could be your player

The R2 plays okay on my player - I'd have a guess that it's the DVD itself.

But it plays OK on my DVD-ROM.
