psx to usb joypad converters

What's a good one to get and where from? I mainly want it for playing Trackmania with an analogue PS1 controller.
I hear the one Play sell isn't too good.

I use the play one for Pro Evo, and it does the trick. The buttons are occasionaly a bit slow to respond somethimes. I will be interested to see what other people recommend.
