Guys got a slight issue with the display of the two disc special edition counterparts (we will split these out for tomorrow). Collateral, Sky Captain and King Arthur also have Special Edition versions/theatrical version equivalents which have also been heavily discounted.

Went for Motorcycle Diaries, been after this for a while and £7.99 is the cheapest I've seen it. Choices are a great company too :)
Went for Motorcycle Diaries too, and Blade Trinity 2-discer.
Fair prices I'd say.

The 2-disc version of the Original Grudge is on there too for £7.99
Also Apollo 13 2-disc £7.99, cheapest online
I've seen most of these titles on the high street just as cheap....nothing to get excited about.....
There are some good bargains.
Eternal Sunshine 2 disk SE at £7.99 is superb, only downside is it still includes the original disk 1 which has the faults and Momentum failed to fix (couple of dropouts on DTS track and deleted scenes having incorrect anamorphic flag).
Apollo 13 SE at £7.99 is also good cheapest elsewhere is £8.99 in the Virgin sale. However Top Gun SE is £9.99 at Choices but £8.99 at Virgin.

Anyone?I'll order, sent you an email.
Nothing wrong with the prices, maybe... just nothing right with the choice(fortunately!)...
Seems like there are some good deals on new-ish releases there. Was gonna go Bride and Prejudice for £7.99... but after a quick kelkoo search I noticed that it's only £5.99 at Blah DVD - anyone used them before?

Guys just to keep you updated - I believe many of you went for Apollo 13 SE. Please note that we received lot of orders for this title over the weekend (over triple the amount of stock we had on it) so this has been removed from promotion. I believe it has been agreed that we will supply all orders for this title at the sale price at our loss. Please note there will be a slight delay on most orders whilst this title is ordered in.

Thanks for keeping us updated (I didn't order it, mind) - Good of you to provide it at the cheaper price at a loss.
Perhaps it's time to invest in fancier stock management system, will save you money in the future? ;)

Hi MetalGearAl,
I think a number of factors conspired against us on this one this title was sitting in our ended promotions screen (tells us when stock has been sold through) this morning. Primarily we hadn't counted on this particular title being quite so popular and with it being a weekend - titles that come off promotion aren't picked up until Monday morning.

Yes. There ****. Aren't these the same people that used to run Splash DVD?
I was wary of using Blahdvd in the beginning because of the Splash fiasco but I have had nothing but good service from these people and it has been discussed in various forums and proved that this company has nothing to do with Splashdvd

Hi Nostromo,
Unfortuantely this happens all the time when a new promotion is launched. Warner started their August promotions from 04/08 and at the time you placed your order, we were buying it at a non-promotional price and from the 4th August for a limited time, we were able to buy it at a new promotional price. If you drop our customer services dept an email/give them a call, they will either cancel your order for you so that you may re-order at the promotional price or adjust the order for you (I'm not familiar with their procedures in these situations however they will advise you further).

Hi carlito8,
Unfortuantely we had limited stocks of this title and it was heavily abused over the weekend and it has since come to our attention that on another forum this title was earmarked for mass re-sale on eBay and one person alone ordered 38 copies. Suffice to say even after these orders were cancelled down we had still sold double the stock. Orders for 1 copy will be honoured.
